The next meeting of FMburgh, the Pittsburgh FileMaker Developer Group, takes place on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 7:00 PM EDT. We hope you can join us in-person or virtually for this hybrid session.
Since the format has proved to be very engaging over the last few meetings, the agenda for the evening again combines a FileMaker Roundtable and a FileMaker Show-n-Tell. It has been almost year since we looked at Claris Studio during one of our meetings, so it is time to revisit this topic. We will appoint a “designated driver” to operate the keyboard and mouse as we dive into Claris Studio, build a collection form (or two), and explore the many new features added since the last time we looked at it. Please come with suggestions and ideas for things we can build and try over the course of our time together.
As is our custom, we will open the floor to general FileMaker discussion at the end of the meeting if time permits so bring your questions. Hopefully, with a room full of FileMaker experts, we’ll have the answers.
After a successful test run in August, we are returning to the same (but still new to us) venue for those of you joining us in-person. The small meeting room at the Eat ‘n Park restaurant in Robinson Twp is now the place for for smiles and FileMaker discussion. For those that can join us, we will gather at 6:15 PM to share some food before beginning the official meeting at 7:00. The restaurant is located at 100 Park Manor Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
