The April meeting of FMburgh, the Pittsburgh FileMaker Developer Group, took place on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 7:00 PM EDT. Due to a last minute scheduling change, this gathering transitioned from a hybrid session with in-person and online attendees to one with online-only participation.
The agenda for the evening included one of our “almost famous” FileMaker Show-n-Tell presentations as we welcomed Beth Latta from IT Solutions Consulting, Inc. to the virtual podium. Beth shared an excellent presentation based on a recent project where she implemented FM BetterForms with the client’s FileMaker solution to provide easy information gathering from a website. The presentation gave us the opportunity to see how she has solved real-world problems using the wonderful tool that is Claris FileMaker.
As is our custom, we opened the floor to general FileMaker discussion after the show-n-tell. We also did our best to provide answers to the questions that were posed to the group. We also revealed the results from March’s post-meeting survey.
