After taking our customary mid-summer break in July, FMburgh, the Pittsburgh FileMaker Developer Group, returned the first Wednesday evening in August with a meeting held virtually on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 7:00 PM EDT.
The agenda for the evening included a roundtable discussion centered around the topic So What Seems To Be The Problem? Each FMburgh meeting concludes with a segment we like to call “One More Thing…”, which is an opportunity for any one present to ask a question not directly related to the evening’s topic and hopefully get an answer. For this roundtable meeting, we opened the floor from the very beginning. Everyone had the chance to ask their FileMaker-related question(s) and then have all of the attendees chime in with their thoughts in order to get the answer needed to (hopefully) solve the conundrum.
Also, on the flip side, some shared an interesting problem that required development of an equally unique solution. Their valuable experience helped us should we encounter a similar situation in the future.
