FMburgh, the Pittsburgh FileMaker Developer Group, regularly meets on the first Wednesday of each month, with the exceptions of January and July. As such, our next scheduled meeting is August 7th, which just happens to fall during this year’s FileMaker Developer Conference. Since many FMburgh attendees will be in Orlando during the week of August 5th, we are moving our next meeting to the last Wednesday of July.
The complete agenda for the evening is still in the planning stages, but it does include a FileMaker Show-n-Tell. This format gives us the opportunity to see how our peers have solved real-world problems using the wonderful tool that is the FileMaker Platform. We plan to hold the organized discussion time to just over an hour and allow for additional discussion and networking time following the presentations. Check back in the coming weeks for more details.
After a brief introduction at 6:30, we will enjoy dinner before starting the presentation. An assortment of pizzas along with a salad and a variety of chips, beverages, and cookies are on the menu. If you have any special dietary considerations, please make a note when submitting your RSVP. We will do our best to plan the meal accordingly, but please understand if we are unable to accommodate every restriction.
We always encourage everyone to attend in-person for the camaraderie and sharing of ideas (and food), However, we plan to make this meeting available via web conferencing to allow members to attend if they are unable to be at Bakery Square in person. If you plan to attend remotely, please indicate that when submitting your RSVP.
